You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted. 

All SALE orders are final and we do not accept returns on SALE items. 


If you wish to make a return contact us at with a copy of the order invoice and a note of your wishes. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label via email, returns are charged 59 SEK unless otherwise specified. 

Once we have received your return and approved it we will refund the value of the purchased product, excluding the original shipping and return cost. You will be refunded on your original payment method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


If you wish to return an order placed outside of Sweden you need to arrange delivery back to us at your own expense. Contact us first for approval of return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

If you wish to exchange something in your order you need to make a return of the item you have and once the return is accepted place a new order with the correct item you need. 

We cannot guarantee that the product you need for exchange will be available in stock after we have received your returned item, therefore we recommend you to make a new purchase to claim the right size, and get a refund for the returned item. 


Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Please include as many details as possible in your email including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with a product.

In the event of a complaint about faulty goods, we always make a manual assessment and, if necessary, request the goods to be sent in for a closer assessment.  

Complaints about faulty items can be made within 3 years, however they need to always be reported within a reasonable time from discovering the fault. Complaints sent within 2 months from when they were discovered are considered to have been sent within a reasonable time. 

In the event of an approved complaint, our commitment is primarily to repair the faulty item. If we judge that this is not possible, we will replace you with a new product or refund your payment.

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
